All Real Chef products are selected to duplicate the experiences you will find in top restaurants around the country.  All our specialty foods are inspired by renowned chefs, yet developed for the home cook.  Our kitchenware also strikes a delicate balance of maintaining professional quality standards, while being well suited to the home kitchen.  Every item is custom made to our specifications, and by selling direct to the public our prices reflect an extraordinary value.

 

Order Status

Please provide your email address during check out so we can email you an Order Confirmation. Once your order is shipped, we will send a Shipping Confirmation. You can check on an open order by scrolling down to the Track Order box below.

 

Availability

At this time we are only accepting orders online.  Selected products are also available on QVC during live Real Chef segments.  Consult the Program Schedule to see when our next show will air.  We welcome testimonial phone calls during the live shows.

 

Payment Information

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.  At this time we do not accept money orders, checks, e-checks, or ship C.O.D.

 

Shipping and Handling

We ship all non-perishable products within two days of receipt of your order.  Please use a street address whenever possible; P.O. boxes may delay delivery.  Allow 7-10 days delivery time following credit card authorization.  Rush delivery options are available.  Your shopping cart will provide all shipping options and costs.  Note that products ordered together may be shipped separately.

 

We ship all perishable items UPS 2nd Day Air, and perishable orders only go out on Mondays and Tuesdays.  Thus, orders placed after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday will arrive the following week.   All UPS shipments must go to street address; P.O. boxes are not acceptable.  All frozen shipments are carefully packed in an insulated cooler with plenty of dry ice, ensuring perfect delivery.  If you received a product that is not to your satisfaction, please refer to our return policy below.

 

All shipping & handling rates are calculated in real time during checkout, at which time a variety of shipping options will be presented.  

 

Taxes

We are required to collect sales tax for non-food purchases delivered to Pennsylvania addresses only.

 

Availability

From time to time an unforeseen demand will deplete our stock of a particular product.  We will notify you at once and will send the item as soon as it arrives.

 

Gift Wrap

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer any gift wrapping services.

 

Pricing

We strive for accuracy regarding pricing, but we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions at any time.

 

Warranty

All of our kitchenware products carry Manufacturer warranties.  The durations vary from product to product, so please refer to the specific product descriptions for details.

Return Policy

Much as all real chefs are measured by the quality of their last meal, we seek to constantly improve our offerings and exceed customer expectations.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase within 30 days of receipt.  To return any item, simply contact customer service at 866-328-9500 for further assistance, or email us at info@realchef.com.  Sorry, but we do not accept COD shipments, and do not refund original or return shipping costs.
